***This workout is perfect if you're looking for a quick sweat but want to keep it easy on the joints. If you don't have a rebounder at home and want to give this routine a try, simply perform all the jumping moves on the floor but be sure to keep light feet and soft knees. If you don't have heavy weights, feel free to work with what you have and/or get creative with what you have at home. Kettlebells are welcome too!
